Recipe Ingredients

2 cups cubed cooked chicken or turkey breast
2 tsp olive oil
3 cans (14-1/2 ounces each) fat free chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves, crushed
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder or 2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups frozen whole kernel corn
2 cups frozen cut green beans
1 cup sliced leeks
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup cut-up canned tomatoes
1 stalk celery, chopped
2 cup sliced carrots

Mama’s Chicken Vegetable Soup Directions

  1. Cooking  Instructions
    Sautee onions, leeks and celery in a large sauce pan. Add  chicken and tomatoes. Add thyme, garlic seasoning, salt and pepper. Add broth, garlic powder, corn, beans and the rest of the ingredients. Cook over medium or high heat; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook for about 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
